Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
• Hematology/Oncology and/or transplant experience preferred.
• BMTCN® or OCN® certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert coordination of patient care across outpatient clinics, inpatient nursing unit and community.
• Coordinates evaluation and preparation of patients for transplantation and cellular therapies.
• Assists with long-term follow-up and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
