Position Summary The Transplant Finance Administrator serves as a key program leader, responsible for the financial strategy, oversight, and performance of all transplant service lines. This role ensures long‑term financial sustainability while supporting exceptional, patient‑centered transplant care. You will partner closely with clinical leadership, revenue cycle teams, contracting, and compliance to manage reimbursement, cost controls, budgeting, and regulatory requirements unique to transplant services.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $170,500 annualized. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
