As the Pulmonary Hypertension Program Coordinator, you will serve as a primary resource and advocate for patients, guiding them through their care journey with expertise, empathy, and precision. Working primarily in the outpatient clinic , you'll collaborate daily with physicians, nurses, social workers, administrators, and financial coordinators to deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care during both wellness and illness.

Salary Range: $39.48 - 65.14 per hour
