This is a Philadelphia role. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals with at least three years of Critical Care/Trauma experience as an RN with a valid active license or six years as an EMT-P certification or Diploma with management or teaching experience.
Individuals must live within the Philadelphia Metro area and will share our team’s mission to improve the quality of life for patients awaiting transplant by maximizing the availability of donated organs and tissues for transplant. We work to ensure the family of each potential donor is treated with the utmost sensitivity and care and that we support them through each step of the donation process.
The Transplant Coordinator will coordinate the entire organ and tissue donor process, including timely on-site response, clinical assessment, clinical evaluation, and clinical management of the potential donor. The TC will consistently work in partnership with the health care team to provide the utmost respect and compassion to the donor and the donor's family while coordinating the entire donation process.
