Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia; AHA BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to complex patients.
• Manage care and implement treatment plans with patients and families.
• Seek and provide feedback to improve clinical practice.
• Assume a beginning leadership role with mentoring support.
