Job description

Responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing physical therapy care for assigned patients, following the Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Independently evaluates various patient types, gathers relevant data from records and caregivers, and collaborates with physicians as needed.

Demonstrates good judgment in requesting and conducting additional testing and identifies necessary equipment for patients.

Formulates and updates realistic, measurable goals and regularly reassesses patient progress per policy.

Requirements : Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid state LPT license, BLS certification. Full-time position.
