Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to manage all aspects of care for transplant patients. You work with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess needs and plan care across the continuum.

Strong leadership and teaching roles support patient education and quality initiatives. The role requires a BSN from an ACEN/CCNE accredited program and a valid RN license with 1 year of clinical experience (3 years preferred).

Formación

• Graduate of a baccalaureate ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required, 3 years preferred.
• TN sponsorship may be available; sponsorship requires state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of care for transplant patients with the care team.
• Educate patients and families consistently about care plans.
• Provide leadership through committee work and quality improvement activities.
• Comply with ANA, UNOS, and FACT guidelines to guide practice.
