Job summary

Quantum Research International is seeking an Analyst to support the Capabilities Directorate Operations Division at the Pentagon. You will track equipment from programming to budgeting and procurement, collecting, analyzing and documenting data while coordinating with government personnel and Army leadership.

The role requires 2+ years in Force Development, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Force Development duties.
• Superior skills in Microsoft Excel to manipulate large data sets.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality control assessments of Transparency data collection and submit quarterly reports to CDO leadership.
• Reconcile differences between expected fielding and recordings, updating fielding quantities and tracking requirements.
• Prepare summary data using Equipment Transparency Report (ETR) and data files for quarterly progress visuals (bar charts, graphs, Excel tables).
• Draft the Annual Transparency Data Collection Tasking Memo and LOI changes with government lead and automation team for improvements.
• Quarterly, update training materials to reflect automation changes and quality control trends.
