Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. seeks an Analyst to support the HQDA G-8 Capabilities Directorate at the Pentagon. The role tracks equipment from programming to budgeting, procurement, and delivery, collecting and analyzing data to drive transparency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Force Development experience, strong Excel skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team, communicating with government personnel and senior Army leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Force Development duties.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality control assessments of Transparency data collection and submit reports to CDO leadership.
• Reconcile differences between expected fielding and recorded deliveries.
• Prepare summary data using ETR and data collection files to show quarterly progress.
• Draft and review the Annual Transparency Data Collection Tasking Memo and related documents.
• Update training materials quarterly to reflect automation changes and data formats.
