Impellam Group is seeking a Transmission Work Management Scheduler to develop and implement integrated risk-based schedules for transmission construction and maintenance resources. You will coordinate internal and contract teams across lines, substations, and relay work to ensure on-time execution of programs.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while adapting to funding changes and compliance needs.

The Transmission Work Management Scheduler position is responsible for the development and implementation of integrated risk and budget and resource based schedules for Transmission Construction and Maintenance internal and contract resources (apparatus, substation, civil, oversight, electrical, operations, relay, and line). The Transmission Work Management Scheduler works collaboratively to schedule activities of all transmission work groups (and outside organizations) to support the preparation and implementation of transmission work activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction and maintenance work plans to support annual programs
• Continually manage changes in plans to align with changing funding requirements and execute highest priority work
• Influence positive organization performance and implement objectives through coaching and strong leadership skills
• Handle multiple concurrent tasks with instinctive decision making ability
• Support transmission line construction and maintenance, substation construction and maintenance, relay electrical work and NERC/FERC compliance program work

Work Schedule: 4 - 10 hour days, 7:00am to 5:30pm
