Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automatic and manual transmission systems for fleet and commercial vehicles
• Perform transmission rebuilds, replacements, and component‑level repairs
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on drivetrain and transmission systems
• Troubleshoot drivability issues related to transmissions, torque converters, and related systems
• Perform diagnostic testing using scan tools and specialized equipment
• Complete all repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommended services
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and fleet managers regarding repair status and timelines
• Ensure timely turnaround of vehicles while maintaining high‑quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Schedule

Mon‑Fri, 7am – 4pm

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $34.00–$50.00 per hour (flat‑rate, based on experience, certifications, and productivity)

• Additional production‑based bonus compensation based on completed and paid repair orders
