Job Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty
• Communicate regularly with parts department and service advisors to manage production and customer communication
• Disassemble, diagnose, and repair vehicles
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training
• Report mechanical repair issues to management as they occur
• Maintain an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Automotive service technician experience
• Minimum of 2 years as a transmission technician
• ASE certification is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18+ years old to comply with company driving policy
