Don's Ford in Utica, NY is seeking an experienced Transmission Technician to join our high-volume service team. This on-site role involves diagnosing and repairing transmissions, collaborating with a skilled team, and delivering timely service under the guidance of the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of transmission repair experience, a valid state inspection license, and a clean driving record.

• 3+ years of transmission repair experience.
• State inspection license (required).
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and motivated to improve.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair transmission systems for a high-volume dealership service department.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Report to the Service Manager and maintain quality workmanship on every job.
