The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is offering a summer internship in its Transmission Technical Support Group (TSG) in Austin, TX. You will work under an EMS SME to develop tools that improve grid reliability and build real-time data analytics capabilities for control room operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in senior year or has recently completed senior year (i.e., summer after graduating with a bachelor's degree).

Responsabilités

• Develop custom Python code to automate the PI Asset Framework model update process.
• Create AVEVA PI Vision displays to enhance operational situational awareness for LCRA Control Rooms.
• Create PI API to facilitate intelligent data analytics.
• Assist with Ansible Automation tool implementation and EMS Applications Repo patching processes.
