Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in journalism, business, marketing, customer service, advertising, communications, public relations or public affairs, or related field.
• Minimum four years experience in Utilities, Corporate Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, Media Relations, Journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with affected landowners to gain routing information and resolve issues.
• Educate the public about proposed transmission projects with external affairs teams.
• Assist and support customer outreach strategies to improve two-way communications.
• Provide field support to siting, line engineering, right of way, and project management teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with Outreach Specialist and cross-functional teams to foster two-way communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployment of resources accordingly.
