Job summary

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project performance, client satisfaction, and coordination across teams, with travel to client offices and sites as required. Strong communication and budget management skills are essential, along with experience in construction/program management across relevant industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of applicable experience in construction or program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment; overtime on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management from siting to closeout, including environmental, planning, estimating, engineering, controls, and construction.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to promote repeat business and growth.
• Prepare proposals, support presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scope, budgets, and resources; own internal project financials.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and travel to client sites as needed.
