HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Title: Transmission Planner

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree

Perform scenario analysis, considering multiple forecasts and sensitivities, to identify potential grid performance risks and opportunities for SCE transmission and subtransmission upgrades.

Scope potential transmission and subtransmission project alternatives, considering existing solutions as well as opportunities for upcoming newer technologies.

Project manage engineering tasks and deliverables such as engineering design criteria and standards

Collaborate with SPE organizations to socialize findings

Brief senior leadership and executives

Transmission / Subtransmission System Planning

- Previous utility system planning experience

- 10+ years of system planning experience

- Ability to conduct system planning analysis leading to the identification of needs and mitigations

- PSLF

- Ability to distill technical information for executive level presentation and updates
