What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop transmission line solutions that meet technical and budgetary requirements.
• Represent the Engineering department in cross-functional meetings.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Perform engineering tasks independently while balancing innovation with standardized processes.
• Senior-level engineers will oversee quality and schedule compliance.
• Occasional short-term travel for project assignments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in transmission line design.
• Strong knowledge of EPC environments and cost-effective design principles.
• Familiarity with substation structures, foundations, and site development.
• Ability to work with design documents and drawings essential for project completion.
