AES Indiana is seeking an engineer to lead transmission line design for new and existing lines across the AES Indiana system. You will prepare specifications, evaluate proposals, and design routing layouts while supporting field teams and emergency restorations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply engineering skills to transmission line projects.
• Perform engineering calculations for line support systems.
• Assist in planning, design and construction management of transmission line projects.
• Assist more experienced engineers in root cause analysis to avoid future failures.
• Support Storm Teams and System Operating to re-energize transmission lines.
