Ameren Transmission is seeking an Engineering and Construction Supervisor to oversee vendor-based construction of electric transmission lines and substations, and to manage maintenance of existing facilities. The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in transmission/PM, and strong leadership.
Overnight travel may be required; office and field work during normal hours with safety and schedule control responsibilities.

The Engineering and Construction Supervisor is responsible for oversight and management of vendor based construction of electric transmission line and substation facilities or modifications and maintenance of existing transmission facilities.
Qualifications : Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university required. Professional Engineer License, PMP Certification, CCM and/or CPCpreferred.Fiveor more years oftransmission, distribution or project management experience is required.Supervisory or team/contractor leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of materials, methods and tools in the construction and maintenance of electric Transmission and Distribution facilities. Knowledge of general construction processes, principles and activities. Strong leadership, management, analytical, communication and human relations skills. Must be adaptable and flexible. Knowledge of safe work practices and ability to influence safe behaviors of contractors and others. The Engineering and Construction Supervisor works during normal business hours in an office and field environment. Overnight travel may be required multiple days per week, depending on location of construction projects. Subject to call-out and overtime as required for emergency storm restoration and project work.

$88,500.00 - $172,200.00
* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials.

Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
