Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking Project Managers across all levels for transmission and distribution projects in the New England region. You will lead multi-stakeholder efforts to deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating regulatory approvals and developing comprehensive project plans.

We value strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Candidates with PMP and Primavera P6 knowledge are preferred, and experience in utility project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and experience managing projects with public/regulatory approvals.
• Proven ability to analyze data, write reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Strong meeting facilitation, time management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex projects from development through execution.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals with federal, state and local authorities.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and change control.
• Prepare submittals and assist with bid evaluations for engineering and procurement.
• Provide clear, concise reports to management and stakeholders.
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
