The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering mindset, and the ability to manage tools and automations that enhance engineering efficiency. You will also align design practices with HDR's Digital Design Community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of digital design experience.
• Experience managing digital delivery and process improvement.
• Strong background in engineering automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Transmission representative in Digital Design Community.
• Lead initiatives on process improvement and technology integration.
• Support usage of design tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Skills

Hands-on experience with PLS-CADD

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform

Strong analytical skills
