Ameren Transmission is seeking a Manager Transmission Construction to lead a team in planning, organizing and executing construction projects across multiple energy markets. Emphasizes safety, on-schedule delivery, and staying within budget while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction experience, and the ability to manage complex projects with a focus on safety and reliability for customers across Ameren’s service areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
• P.E. license in Missouri and/or Illinois preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety culture and ensure safety is the top priority for staff and partners; monitor contractor safety performance.
• Develop direct reports and supervise their growth and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute transmission construction projects on time, safely, and within budget.
