Job summary

Ameren Transmission is seeking an Engineering and Construction Supervisor (Transmission) to oversee vendor-based construction of electric transmission lines and substation facilities. The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and adherence to schedule and budget, with field management and contractor coordination.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with PE, PMP, CCM, or CPC preferred, and have five or more years in transmission, distribution, or project management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer License, PMP/CCM/CPC preferred.
• Five+ years in transmission, distribution or project management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite field management and coordination for electric Transmission projects.
• Lead construction management activities and supervise contractor performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to schedule and budget through regular meetings and observations.
• Interpret Ameren specifications, drawings and instructions for contractors and ensure compliance.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning and change requests as needed.
