The role requires punctuality and the ability to work with dispatch and logistics teams to meet exact schedules, with lifting up to 50 pounds and meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling or warehouse environment.
• Willing to commute to multiple Tri-Cities facilities.
• Strong communication and basic technology skills.
• Ability to multitask across projects.

Responsibilities

• Transload bulk materials between railcars, trucks, and storage areas.
• Package, seal, and stage inventory for shipment on production line.
• Operate material handlers and forklifts to load/unload.
• Coordinate with dispatch to plan daily orders.
• Maintain logs for trucks and railcars weighed in/out.
• Keep areas neat and safety-compliant.
• Use computer systems to track inventory.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
