Job summary

International Bulk Services is seeking a full-time laborer to manage product transfers, follow safety rules, and perform quality controls in a fast-paced yard environment.

You will load and unload railcars and trucks, operate track mobile, shunt truck, gantries, and other equipment, and maintain accurate paperwork while meeting tight deadlines. The job requires physical stamina, the ability to work weekends, and strong teamwork and communication with drivers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
• 1–2 years laborer or railway experience a plus.
• Experience with heavy equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Core transloading operations and safety compliance.
• Load and unload goods between railcars and trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork.
