Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions seeks a Transloader at its Eighty Four, PA terminal to load/unload sand for trucks, silos and railcars, and to perform data entry and basic quality checks. The role supports operations with attention to safety and equipment readiness.

Starting hourly rate is $21.00/hr. The position includes benefits and opportunities for advancement within a growing frac sand company serving major U.S. shale plays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loading or manufacturing.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and the ability to measure accurately.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data entry systems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and other required PPE.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading sand to/from trucks, silos, and rail cars.
• Ability to perform data entry into computer system
• Performs necessary tests for quality control purposes and ensures that sand conforms to customer requirements
• Prints and closes bills of lading
• Obtains samples as required
• Informs management of any problems with meeting daily customer requirements
• Maintains clean and safe work area
• Assures material is loaded in proper equipment, silo, dump truck, rails cars and other specialized equipment
• Routine maintenance on portable and permanent equipment

Iron Oak Energy is seeking a Transloader who will have a positive impact on the Operations team at it'sEighty-Four, PA terminal location. As a Transloader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading of sand to and from trucks, silos, and railcars.
