Job summary

Cando Rail & Terminals in Greeley, CO is hiring Railcar Loaders / Transload Operators to safely handle railcars, operate transloading gear, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves strenuous outdoor work, potential hazardous materials handling, and teamwork with switching crews.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license; CDL is a NICE to have.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong teamwork skills required.
• Transloading experience is a plus.
• Experience with skid-steers is beneficial.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload railcars and transfer products.
• Operate transloading equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and mobile equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Complete operational logs and safety documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures for company, customer, and regulatory compliance.
• Support switching crews and other site operations as required.
