Job summary

Lewis Energy Group is seeking a Transload Operator to manage transfer of dry bulk products (frac sand, proppants) to/from railcars and trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading railcars, operating conveyors, forklifts, and pumps; performing routine maintenance; and accurate reporting, while adhering to safety rules and company policies. This role requires flexibility for irregular schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year related experience or training.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Prior experience around rail operation and willingness to work irregular schedules.

Responsibilities

• Unloads/loads railcars including non-bulk items.
• Operates equipment related to transload including conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and light vehicles.
• Performs routine maintenance and reports deficiencies.
• Communicates with team to control transload activities.
• Follows safety rules and participates in safety meetings.
• Maintains general housekeeping and reports safety concerns.
