Job description

Currently, Testronic Translation Department is looking for an English into Japanese translator who will:

1. Translate video games, including full titles (sometimes shared with other translators) and game updates.
2. Translate marketing texts and materials from our clients.
3. Proofread and edit other translators’ work to ensure the text is of the best quality.

Requirements:

1. A native speaker or native-related of Japanese who is also a language enthusiast, passionate about linguistic and cultural nuances.
2. Fluent knowledge of English.
3. Minimum 6 months of translation experience.
4. Freelance registration and ability to provide invoices.
5. Translation experience in the gaming/filming industry will be beneficial.

Job Details:

1. Independent and project-based job (Typical Freelancing Contract).
