Job summary

Qualifications

Requires an Associate's degree in a science-related field and at least 2 years of related lab experience.
Preferred candidates include a Bachelor’s degree with lab experience in analytical chemistry or molecular biology.
Experience with chromatography or mass spectrometry workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform LC-MS/MS workflows for quantification of drugs and metabolites.
Conduct molecular biology and in vitro drug metabolism assays.
Handle and process biological samples from veterinary species following SOPs and guidelines.
Maintain inventory, equipment, safety docs, and lab cleanliness.
Keep detailed lab records and instrument logs per GLP where applicable.
Train students and researchers in safety and standard techniques.
Compile and summarize data from LC-MS/MS, molecular assays, and imaging for reports.
Attend lab meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
Undertake additional lab, research, or administrative duties as assigned.
