Job summary

You will supervise coordinators, manage grants and budgets, and drive dissemination of findings through publications and presentations, collaborating with physicians, scientists, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree and 5-7 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience managing clinical research studies or clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex translational research projects across multiple sites.
• Oversee study design, documentation, compliance, and data reporting.
• Supervise research staff and coordinate IRB/regulatory submissions.
