Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7–10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Master's degree and 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• Experience managing clinical research studies or clinical trials.
• Experience with human biospecimens and clinical research databases (e.g., REDCap).
• Interest in translational research, immunology, or complex chronic diseases.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
• Experience with scientific writing, presentations, or grant development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of translational research programs focused on Long COVID and related conditions.
• Manage clinical research studies and clinical trials, including participant recruitment and data management.
• Coordinate IRB approvals, regulatory processes, and grant proposals.
• Supervise Clinical Research Coordinators and ensure day-to-day research operations.
• Foster collaborations with physicians, scientists, and external partners.
