Job summary

University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Clinical Research Project Manager A/B to oversee study operations, plan projects, manage teams, handle regulatory activities, and drive study execution across single-center and multi-center settings.

Under supervision from the PI and Associate Director, you will develop protocols, coordinate activities, ensure compliance with timelines and regulations, and contribute to grant applications when applicable.

Qualifications

• A level: Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• B level: Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study operations, including project management for assigned studies, planning, team management, regulatory activities, and study execution.
• Ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, regulatory requirements, and timelines, while supporting investigators and coordinating across internal and external collaborators.
• With mentoring from the PI and Associate Director, develop study protocols and manage detailed operations of single-center and/or multi-center studies; assist with grant applications when applicable.
• Train and supervise relevant members of the study team, ensuring protocol compliance with timelines and policies; the PM A may serve as a study coordinator on trials when applicable.
