Qualifications

• 5 years pharmaceutical/biotech operational or scientific experience.
• Experience designing and leading complex projects with virtual teams.
• Experience developing and implementing processes to simplify operations and enable change.
• Experience in agile, creative solutions across the organization and with external collaborators.
• Understanding of clinical data management and specimen logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and structure.
• Experience in contract/fiscal management and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Works with asset leads and scientists to ensure samples are collected and processed per protocol.
• Acts as liaison between internal and external functions (clinical, biomarker ops, data management).
• Identifies issues quickly and applies remedial actions.
• Manages external vendors/CROs to ensure timely data generation and receipt.
• Manages smaller projects/workstreams and drives meetings and agendas.
• Communicates deadlines, risks, and escalates where appropriate.
• Maintains collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint) within the team.
• Supports program management and ops teams as needed.
• Oversees contracts and budgets where appropriate.
