Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions seeks a Translational Development Project Manager- Pharma to drive operational execution across translational development programs. The role collaborates with scientists, asset leads, clinical teams, and external vendors to ensure timely collection and delivery of study data.

This is a 12-month contract (extensions possible) at 50% onsite in Madison, NJ. Health benefits and 401K are offered through Stage 4 Solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in pharmaceutical operations or translational development.
Experience leading complex projects comprised of virtual team members of diverse styles.
Experience with change management and process-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional translational development programs with scientists, asset leads, clinical teams, and external vendors.
Manage timelines, budgets, and contracts; communicate risks and mitigation plans.
Serve as liaison between internal and external functions (clinical, biomarker ops, data management).
Oversee smaller projects/workstreams and drive meetings and decisions.
Ensure data collection and sample processing follow protocol and program objectives.
