Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Translational Program Manager to support Immunology, Cardiovascular, and Neurology translational medicine leaders. You will manage complex late-phase portfolios, coordinate biomarker plans, and enable efficient translational development across ICN teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and budget oversight, with a focus on driving timely delivery of translational milestones across multiple assets.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in a scientific field; PMP or equivalent PM experience desirable.
• 5+ years in pharma or related industry in matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Experience managing multiple projects with ambiguity and urgency.
• Global complex projects with virtual teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute program timelines integrating scientific and operational input.
• Collaborate across translational teams, contracts, data transfers, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings; prepare minutes; track action items.
• Proactively identify risks; implement mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Maintain a portfolio book of work with visibility for stakeholders.
• Oversee ICN budgeted contracts; align with procurement and finance.
• Prepare biomarker study reports and coordinating reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor documents and storage in SharePoint/Verity repositories.
• Facilitate publication planning and data delivery for presentations.
• Support internal program transitions and process improvements.
• Develop agile solutions to improve engagement and program support.
