Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological sciences or related field.
• Experience with in vivo rodent models and genetic mouse work is preferred.
• Familiarity with EEG data and spectral analysis is preferred.
• Experience with data management and manuscript preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vivo preclinical studies using rodent models and genetic mouse lines.
• Conduct stereotaxic surgeries to implant EEG electrodes.
• Analyze neurophysiological data and EEG signals.
• Genotype subjects and perform PCR/qPCR.
• Manage lab records, supplies, and safety inspections.
• Assist in grant writing and manuscript preparation.
• Participate in lab meetings and discuss data.
