Job summary

You will process bronchoalveolar lavage, tissue, and blood samples, run protein assays and flow cytometry, analyze patient records, assist with manuscript preparation, and contribute to DNA/RNA sequencing.

Qualifications

• Specialists at junior rank require a bachelor’s degree or at least four years of research experience.
• Assistant rank requires a master’s degree or a bachelor’s with three+ years in the field.
• Associate rank requires a master’s degree or five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in immunology or molecular biology and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bronchoalveolar lavage, tissue, and/or blood specimens.
• Perform protein quantification assays and multi-parameter flow cytometry.
• Collect and analyze patient medical records for research purposes.
• Lab administration and management tasks.
• Next-generation DNA and RNA sequencing.
