Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Cancer Genomics, Computer Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related discipline.
• Expertise in cancer genomics and large-scale genomic datasets.
• Experience with scRNA-seq, tumor/immune biology, and multi-omic analysis.
• Strong scientific publication and computational workflow development background.
• Knowledge of modern software development; AWS/cloud experience is valuable.

Leading the development of a cloud-native translational research platform, the full-time Scientist, Translational Data Platforms will own the scientific roadmap and translate researcher needs into scalable analytical capabilities, while working remotely or onsite in Norwalk, CT.
