- Expertise in cancer genomics and large-scale genomic datasets.
- Experience with scRNA-seq, tumor/immune biology, and multi-omic analysis.
- Strong scientific publication and computational workflow development background.
- Knowledge of modern software development; AWS/cloud experience is valuable.
