Qualifications

• PhD in data science, computational biology or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale genetic or multi-omics data.
• Strong Python programming with reproducible analysis and documentation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytic pipelines in research/R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and interpretation of translational analyses using genetics, genomics and multi-omics data.
• Own end-to-end data workstreams: ingestion, QC, analysis and reporting.
• Translate scientific questions into robust computational methods for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, platform and bioinformatics teams to scale analyses.
• Mentor scientists and analysts, supporting skill-building and problem solving.
• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and external collaborations.
