Qualifications

• Educational background in physical or biological sciences or medical degree.
• PhD in data science, computational biology or closely related field.
• Experience analysing large-scale genetic and multi-omic datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design and run analyses of large-scale genetic and multi-omic datasets.
• Integrate genetics, proteomics, transcriptomics and clinical data to prioritise targets.
• Build and maintain analysis workflows following FAIR data principles.
• Translate analytic results into clear recommendations for project teams.
• Collaborate across functions and with external partners to shape study design.
• Mentor junior colleagues to share methods and standards.
