We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Scientist / Associate Director to join our Translational Biology team. You will lead programs from early discovery to IND-enabling studies, mentor scientists, and communicate results clearly to

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in industry experience.
• Experience leading research programs including INDs and publications.
• Experience with CRO management and external collaborations.
• Strong oral and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead research programs and collaborate with researchers and management to set strategic direction.
• Design and implement critical experiments to advance programs into clinical development.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of procedures and results.
• Present data at project team meetings and internal reviews with stakeholders.
• Mentor scientists to build a high-performing biology team.
