Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly required.
• Pass English grammar test.
• Experience with a Translation Management System (TMS) such as XTM, WorldServer or Phrase TMS.
• Organized and proactive self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to pass translation tests from source to English (ILR 2+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee translation workflow end-to-end.
• Coordinate with HLT specialists, linguists and editors.
• Track progress and ensure deadlines.
• Help define quality standards and SOPs.
• Maintain translation memories and terminology.
• Collaborate to distribute work and meet client specs.
