Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking individuals to supervise adults with psychiatric disabilities in a transitional living facility. The role involves flexible hours, implementing treatment goals, and maintaining accurate records as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will work with psychosocial rehabilitation teams, community agencies and family members to support residents on their path to greater independence and well-being. Prior related experience helps, but is not required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous psychiatric or supported living experience is beneficial but not required.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check including fingerprinting and related checks, plus drug screening.

JOB SUMMARY: This position will monitor adults with psychiatric disabilities in a transitional living facility, work flexible hours to provide supervision, involve implementation of treatment goals, maintain accurate records, and work with psychosocial rehabilitation teams as well as community agencies and family members.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous psychiatric or supported living experience beneficial but not required. Must have a current driver's license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southeast’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check to include fingerprinting, Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check, Motor Vehicle background check, and drug screening.
