This includes all educational aspects of transition to practice programs, including but not limited to new employee orientation, RN Residency/Fellowship, Preceptor Program, and other educational courses/experiences. Additionally, they deliver targeted education to address any identified practice gaps and participate in rounding, aiming to achieve specific outcomes for the intended audience.
