Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited education institution.
• Valid Teacher certification/licensure in the appropriate endorsement area. Emergency/provisional certificates may be accepted.
• Certification must be in effect by the state issuing authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a classroom teacher in a BIE school on or near the Reservation.
• Teach transition special education as part of the K-12 program.
• Contract is for the school year with annual renewal.
