Premier Health Partners is offering a Transitional Fellowship for RNs completing the required degree and licensure pathways. The program emphasizes hands-on training and structured learning to ease the transition into the acute care hospital setting.

Positions are available as full-time or part-time with rotating shifts (7A-7:30P and 7P-7:30A). Start dates occur monthly, and candidates should have at least one year of recent RN practice or relevant acute care exposure to qualify.

Competenze

• RN with >1 year of RN practice in the last 24 months, or acute care experience older than 3 years from start date.
• BSN preferred as education background.
• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
