Qualifications

Licensed RN with active state license and ability to practice.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and routinely revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure compliance.
Engage in performance improvement activities to enhance care and efficiency.
Respond promptly to code situations and provide necessary interventions.
